If Gojo wanted to be a murderer like Geto he would have done that Day 1 post-Geto. But no, he had a whole soliloquy then went on to become a teacher. He never resorted to murder in Shibuya & kept as many people safe as he can. Killing the higher ups in 261 was a last resort.
