Best kept secret in personal finance. Companies with lookback provisions on their ESPP's. It is literally a lottery ticket where best case you make $1mil+ and worst case, you make a guaranteed ~15% return in 6 months. A thread on how it works...

Flying first class hack: Be the last person to board the flight, see if there are any open seats on 1st class... if there are, just sit down What if they ask for your ticket? Say “My bad, wrong seat” and walk to your seat. It’s that easy, I fly first class half the time

3. Insight: I turned 21 a week ago, the average investor on my cap table is 30+. Which is awesome, lots of unique insight and experience to garner. However, there’s something really valuable about having that unique perspective into what Gen Z wants.

Super excited to say that my first startup (Shoe Snatcher) just crossed $20mil in total sales… I started this business 5 years ago when I was 15. No VC would take my calls, this was just as Goat & StockX were starting. As a result, we never took any VC money @goatapp @stockx

5. The biggest thing….They don’t sleep and are non-stop workers. All of those perks I’ve mentioned aren’t theoretical. We finalized a deal two days ago, since then we’ve seen a large number of signups and page views.

Under the lense of fairness, it's wild to me that they'd come after Affirmative Action first before legacy/rich/athletes/socio-economic/donor/faculty criteria on applications. It's not like Harvard is full of Black people, it's only 6% black. What is it full of though? Rich

God, I love SF! Security guard stops someone at Target for stealing potato salad, guy says "I paid" ****shocker, he didn't**** Keeps walking, security guard let's him go I joke to the security guard, "I'm going to steal the salad next" He says, "Go for it!" 😅😅😅😅
