Apple just announced plans to build a $1 billion campus in Raleigh, NC that’ll bring 3,000 high-paying jobs. Completely unrelated: a realtor we spoke to last week said that a healthy housing market has about ~180 days of inventory. Right now Raleigh is at ~15 days. LFG! 🚀
