Youโve gotten good advice already but Iโll add a bit. No need but on your PS you could add a short paragraph on why a medicine year would be good for PMR. donโt waste your elective rotations on those unless u have the means

If youโve kept up with studying throughout your third year, I would say that 4-5 weeks should be enough time to take practice tests and do a general review of things. Could take a practice test several weeks before dedicated to gauge where youโre at
