2/11 먼저, 저는 Wintermute라는 닉네임으로 소셜 미디어에서 종종 활동하고 있으며 이는 누구를 속이기 위한 행동이 아닙니다. 언오픈드에 들어오면서 업무용 계정과 개인 계정을 분리하려고 시도했으나 몇개월 정도 일을 하다보니 자연스레 신원이 공개되어, 결국 개인 계정만 쓰게 되었습니다.

7/11 저는 언오픈드의 다양한 프로젝트들의 초기부터 진심을 다해 지원하고 있으며 이후 커뮤니티 담당 인력이 추가되면 인수인계하는 과정을 거칩니다. 2022년 11월에 공개된 다바 회계 보고서에도 투명하게 공유드렸다시피 저는 팀으로부터 단 한번도 월급 혹은 인센티브를 받은 적이 없습니다.

5/5 Successful communities have a wealth of local content creators, translators, moderators, etc. Attracting these talents to the community, one by one, and getting them to actually contribute are both important things that projects should continue to invest resources in.
