At my firm, one of several things: treating us like adults and creating choice around remote, hybrid, and in office work. We can, for the most part, work from where we want, when we want, and it is the best (and actually leads to more in office time than you’d expect).

IDK, maybe this is a hot take, but billing and entering time, reviewing and submitting invoices is part of the business of law. If you don’t like that, that’s fine, but it’s ultimately less about not liking billing your time and more about not liking running a business.
