Last week’s trip to the Boundary Waters has confirmed two things... 1) I could compete in a triathlon if I could paddle instead of swim and portage a canoe instead of run. 2) there is nothing, nothing mosquitos love more then the spot between my ankles and Achilles’ tendon.

...drove 6 friggin hours (scenic route) to TRF to see my kid play 7 shifts and get ejected midway thru the 2nd for fighting.
