Tonight Ben was shooting pucks in the shed a stranger and his wife walking by asked Ben if he plays for Hopkins? The man said hockey is expensive and Ben said yes. He then came back shortly after and gave Ben a brand new bag full of barely used hockey equipment #kindness #hockey

Recently Ben had broken 2 hockey sticks his Holy Angels teammates noticed he was upset after the last one Our family couldn’t afford to replace them asap So his teammates, great young men all pooled together money and bought him 2 brand new sticks thanks boys #kindness #hockey

Its amazing how people truly care in Minnesota hockey. Ben went to stick/puck alone but this gentleman who noticed him took the time to pass/shoot etc with him. You can tell players or coaches love the game and don’t care where a kid plays just passing it on . #hockey #mnhockey
