It's not just Albo, Wong and Marles but state governments who are militarising our economy and our universities. My analysis, and particularly drawing attention to the "Queensland Defence Science Alliance". Doc with sources in replies.
@shaun_vids
He and US also helped them get elected, forced an election in Gaza when PA was begging to delay it because they would lose. More detail on $ and support though not the election details from enemy media:
@whstancil
I like how "doesn't have a large network of colonies" is a concession that the US has SOME colonies, but only a tasteful, acceptable number. I don't even know what 3 is going for, referring to the entity as occupied Palestine or just claiming Gaza is not a colony?
@Bogdan__Oliver
@sasa_ghada
Do everything you can to pressure politicians for ceasefire. Organise with existing activism groups that exist almost everywhere. Educate yourself, Vox videos on YouTube are a good starting point.
@sophie_frm_mars
Tenant advocacy orgs are great because many landlords will back down if they are told to f off by the "proper" person. Also good to know your rights but many ignore any info coming from tenants no matter how obviously correct.
@SetPixels
Shouldn't they be throwing in frag grenades and mag dumping rifles too? Apparently 6 mags of 9mm still wasn't enough for them to successfully kill anybody.
@nookyelur
Nazism was explicitly a settler project and specifically modelled on the US' western expansion and genocide. Lebensraum was described by the Nazis' own words as the German version of Manifest Destiny.
@Mai_Gazan
When we know a way to actually get the money to you it will be increasing again very quickly! It is decreasing because people don't want their money to go to some awful American instead.
@ettingermentum
Bridge opened in 1977, no ships anywhere near the scale of modern cargo ships existed. Giant cargo ships are themselves a huge problem for many reasons, this tragedy is another one.
@DavidShoebridge
How dare the Greens keep trying to bring politics into parliament, is nothing sacred? Obviously not international law the Geneva convention human rights or the life of children, but is not even our parliament safe from the evil politics of opposing genocide?
@ZiiGGYst4rDUST
A friendly toot and an angry honk are objectively different, the sign covers both. If someone with a "honk if you like" sign is mad at people tooting them, they can remove the sticker.
@eitanl
@fatimazsaid
Hamas spent the money Netanyahu gave them on tunnels and an occupying power is responsible for the welfare of the people who's land its occupying, that's correct.
@still_oppressed
She was an intern for Ted Kennedy before the DNC made up the whole radical bartender bit, she's just giving up on that mask and reverting to form.
@ettingermentum

@ettingermentum
This is just more smoke, says something that sounds new but then outlines Netanyahu's current "ceasefire" proposal of give us all the hostages for 6 weeks, then the extermination continues.
@SenatorWong
The material support for genocidaires is the worst but the constant daily hypocrisy turns the knife. Slither away to your cave and don't come out unless it's to resign or declare sanctions.
This melted my brain a little, I didn't think it was possible to get this accurate for a br*tish person let alone a seppo. There's like 3 syllables total that aren't perfect. Solid character too but the accent accuracy has put the bar on the moon.
@SenatorWong
And where exactly do you stand on attacking embassies, Pentagon Penny? Sorry I forgot we are pretending that never happened, carry on with your entirely consistent defense of "international law" and "stability"
@australian
Same bloke who literally wore a keffiyeh on stage himself. Same bloke who included "Palestinian driving busses in the Gaza strip" on a list of unfortunate people and had a song about the absurdity of the "Muslim vs Jews" framing. Shameful.
@paavecvotponcho
@IranObserver0
Their leaders are cowards and their inaction is already an unforgiveable betrayal. They dare not raise a hand against the people of Yemen.
@SenatorWong
@AlboMP
@RichardMarlesMP
@dfat
Your selective empathy and dehumanisation of Palestinians is psychopathic. Some day soon australia will have leaders with a conscience, compassion and respect for the humanity of all people.
@SenatorWong
You're not deeply moved by anything, you lack any human empathy at all. If you had the slightest compassion for hostages and families you'd stop taking orders from the Pentagon and work for a ceasefire instead of endless war expanding across the region.
@AP
The headline and the image are both utterly disgraceful. 60 dead because of WHO? Plenty of images of mass graves you could use to represent 60 MURDERED by the occupation entity.
@SenatorWong
Strong words you have for DPRK but only clap and cheer on israel's genocide of Palestine. Disgusting excuse for a person let alone a leader.
@SenatorWong
Too scared to talk to your boss so you're sending a dfat staffer? I'd call you pathetic but that implies you might deserve sympathy, so I'll just say disgusting.
Hey, so with Kanye, Whoopi, Jamie Foxx and Carbi B all exposing themselves as antisemites, is now a good time to talk about how I was cancelled for saying that there's an antisemitism problem in the Black community? I'd like my reputation back.
