Very surprised by Fickell to Wisconsin. When he turned down Notre Dame, general thought was he wasn’t leaving Cincinnati for anywhere except Ohio State or few other elite-level programs. Certainly none of those programs are in the Big Ten West, which is mediocrity personified.
