Truth is the brew that started it all. Originally a homebrew recipe from our very own Jim Matt, each batch has 2.3 lbs of hops per barrel & balanced notes of peach, mango & passion fruit. Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, & Centennial hops blend for a beer we've returned to for years.
