Wore my 👕 to see @RobertKennedyJr ’s new mini-documentary on immigration here in LA. Didn’t know he was gonna be there to give a major policy speech and take questions from press. If Americans are allowed to hear him he will be president. What an impressive guy/candidate!

@PiaJSigler @lowcarbGP Until recently I had never heard of “type 2” diabetes. Thanks to @FatEmperor (and c19 madness) I learned that unchecked my fairly unremarkable/common dietary habits could lead to this outcome. No doctor EVER brought this up; would not have known until diagnosis.

So I’ve been eating the same carnivore/all animal products OMAD meal every day for more than a year. Lately I find myself cutting portion size. Maybe my body needed extra nutrients for repair and is beginning to need less? Curious to see if desire for more returns. ketosis 3+ yrs

Bobby’s response was pitch perfect, 4 both the caller and 4 me. ♥️

I often awake before 5AM. I’m done eating & cleaning before 7AM. I won’t eat again until same time next day — no snacks of any kind, just water. I don’t experience hunger or craving or thoughts of food. No discipline required. It’s a lifestyle where food figures less. I like it.

@jeffreyatucker We often (appropriately) tell ourselves stop complaining about the world & focus on our own faults, weaknesses, challenges. But we need to acknowledge we’ve been attacked/instrumentalized by forces some of us may have once trusted. Pretending that did not happen is dangerous.
