Pashtun cuisine is essentially meat and salt. You just can not go wrong with it. Punjabis go heavy on the spices, which is nice, sindhis have fish, muhajirs brought some great dishes of the mughal era into Pakistan. Baluchi is undiscovered to me, but i bet it's just as good.
