These complexes were utilized to achieve challenging Carbon-nitrogen bond formation, as well as other decarboxylative C-H functionalization and C-H phosphonylation. It's a significant step to move away from expensive Ir(III) and Ru(II) and use first-row-based photocatalysis. 3/4
