ICU / Theatre lift. Water circuit, BVM, suction, oxygen, PPE, AED and a landline with various hotkeys for getting help. Helpful if you end up stuck in a lift with someone who may not have warranted a full transfer trolley at the time?. Why isn’t this standard everywhere?

Occupational Hazard of HEMS: Getting mauled by a swarm of wasps after disrupting their nest taking a shortcut through a field. Realising you have wasps actually inside your flight suit actively stinging you, having to then remove said flight suit in the middle of a field..😂

Spending 2 hours trying to troubleshoot an NHS iPad with “no service” on the 4G connection. Fiddling with VPN / Network / Airplane mode settings / repeatedly taking the SIM card out and replacing it…2 HOURS!…..turns out there was just no signal in the room I was in 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

House hunting is a nightmare in the current market! I think all property viewings should be open-house style where prospective buyers fight to the death throughout the day in the property. Whoever is left at closing time gets their offer accepted. Problem solved 🤷‍♂️ 😂

Great shift with @jasonkillens and @LewisJones25 today. Lots of promising discussions about where the service is going, some of the challenges we face demonstrated quite aptly, a nice mix of patients, a few laughs along the way and..Lewis lost his penthrox virginity!!

Not sure I “get” the extinction rebellion thing?. I’m all for green energy and wildlife conservation etc…but if your sole means of raising awareness is tying up police, disrupting people’s lives and damaging property…surely people just start thinking your a bunch of wankers?
