There has not been any transfer of shares for Efforce Ltd (Malta) since 15th Jan 2021, so it appears this transfer did not go ahead unless the change was to Efforce Ltd (Bahamas) which given there are zero reporting requirements for ownership or financials means zero transparency

Efforce have yet to appoint a new auditor it seems, and they still haven't filed their 2022 or 2023 accounts @stevewoz which appear to be long overdue. "Companies in Malta are required to file a copy of the annual accounts, generally accompanied by a copy of the auditors'

Do they even have any other full time employees now? We are completely in the dark but it doesn’t seem so. A far cry from the 40+ employees

@CryptoTimesMag @EfforceOfficial If I recall correctly, WIZX (the MD) confirmed in the Discord that the buy back % will be 40% of the profits from the new platform, though this hasn't been officially announced. We pushed for more info about how often the buy backs would happen etc, but no info was provided.
