I’m in favor of (at least temporarily) introducing an increased fee to create trustlines and even increasing owner reserves. If the token has a value, paying a small extra fee to be able to hold and use it shouldn’t be an issue.

I have all transactions documented, and know the destination tags of the funds on the "cash-out" destinations. So if either of the exchanges reaches out, we I am willing to hand over the research, for them to take to authorities.
