A few reminders for myself today: It’s ok to feel good in the face of uncertainty. Feeling afraid isn’t more authentic or honest. Fear isn’t you, it’s just how you feel. Fear can teach you some important lessons, if you listen to it. It’s a myth that others aren’t afraid too
