Did you know? The @Ledger Nano S+ and X are the only hardware signing device out there with a screen directly connected to the SE. That's why it's a bit less convenient to verify an address: you are not merely trusting a microwave chip.

Defi has a really bad culture of blind signing. This has been perpetuated by Ledger's tiny screens, which cannot even display a full address without scrolling twice. One of the first things most defi users do on a Ledger Nano device is turn on Blind Signing in settings.

A (rather large) actor is using `NONE | ACP` signatures in a 2-of-3 multisig. I'd be curious why they are doing that, if anyone knows. My wild guess is: they have a rudimentary custody solution with an active key, a key in an HSM, and a backup key. The active key alone controls

Do yourself a favor and *always* include a backup of the output descriptor, even when not using multisig. Explicit > implicit, especially for Bitcoin backups.

Don’t know who needs to hear this, but: To recover a `k-of-n` multisig wallet, you need `k` of the private keys AND `n` OF THE PUBLIC KEYS. Do yourself a favor and include a backup of the output script descriptor (or all public keys) with each private key backup.

For now, it's a simple 1-key-directly-available, 1-timelocked-key script. But we intend to introduce multisigs (TBD whether we'll do only the common k-of-n, or also allow any possible multisig combination) and multi-paths for having succeeding timelocked recovery paths.
