This is another excellent post by Bruce Marks. He is 100% correct. If you the buyer, take the same benefits as the seller, those benefits can not be counted as cash flow to cover the debt. And you as the buyer, should clearly understand the cash flow a business produces.

@mhp_guy Most times, they own the tanks as well. If it's underground, you can't swap it. Leaving you stuck with that provider. You are supposed to call the company that owns the tank to refill it. Turns into a πŸ’° as they can charge whatever price per pound they want.
