If I’m not mistaken, let me try and describe how the Nigerian Police might have developed this. I’ve done some background checks for myself where they had to check my criminal records in Nigeria. And usually, they asked for my fingerprints to conduct the search.

Problem is many Nigerian schools still do this. They want their teachers to prepare notes for students to copy talmbout regulatory bodies will request for it. The whole ministry of education needs to be updated to reflect today's realities.

Students writing notes in class, while a teacher dictates, is a waste of everyone’s time in today’s world of Google and smart phones. Classrooms should be for teaching, conversations and debates not for writing notes filled with obsolete ideas. We need to save the future!

Exactly. This has played out several times here. If you misbehave and Nigerians don't like you, your case is already judged. But if they like you, do the most unjust things, they will still rise to defend you. We're not ready.
