@MuyoSan @tundespeaks The routine is to be first consistent with bedtime. Start with bath time, dinner then take baby to the room and turn off all the lights. You wouldn’t win for the first weeks sha. But once he gets used to it, it totally worth it. My kids(9 &2) sleep at 8pm.

Married women can’t get international passport without husband’s consent. The Nigerian immigration laws is anti woman. Same way a man can give his wife the Nigerian citizenship by marriage, a woman can’t give her husband Nigerian citizenship by marriage.

I will always be an advocate for child spacing especially if you don’t have a community. Even with my well spaced children I still struggle with burn out and get overwhelmed a lot of times.
