@YaBoyFathoM Context is key. LLMs have no memory and limited reasoning so the more you can spell it out for them, the better. If you need to save space you could ask it to summarize your initial text and then paste that into a new chat or ask it to convert to pseudocode first

@WomanCorn It really shines on greenfield projects and spikes where you're trying an idea out to see if it has legs. Lets you paint in broad strokes and just tab complete your way through modules and refactoring. It's not as good for large established codebases but it has its moments there

@aidan_mclau yeah I built a demo of this too but the latency kills it. you can shave it down by streaming and chunking but you still get gaps of dead air. I'm glad OpenAI built this into ChatGPT plus, they can host all of these services together to reduce network latency as much as possible,

each of the GPT4 tools (Default, Bing, Data Analysis, DALL-E) seem to have a different personality. The DALL-E one just sent me an emoji, none of the others have ever done that unprompted. Its personality feels closer to that of Bing Chat for some reason
