80 million Americans have Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease(NAFLD)😭 NAFLD is reversed by a low carbohydrate diet. Did I hear last week that once again the Keto diet ranked as worst diet ? People, they don't want you to win They want you as a customer. #keto #carnivore

I met an old friend for dinner last night. She ordered a salad that looked like a bowel full of grass and shrub. She said " I'm on a diet " , As I dipped my Ribeye into the sour cream and horseradish sauce I made up, I announced " I too am on a diet. #keto #lowcarb #lchp

Wednesday wellness tip : You don't exercise to lose fat. You lose fat by eating plenty of food low in Carbohydrate. You exercise to strengthen & shape your body but most importantly, you exercise because it empowers you to make better food choices & improves mental state. #keto

If I eat this brownie, my Insulin levels will skyrocket, my cortisol rises, Triglyceride levels elevate so I'll store fat, systemic inflammation ignites & I will be starving soon b/c my brain registered we received no nutrition from the intake. Makes it easy to skip the brownie.

My best friend made this for me last night... amazing ! Waffle made out of egg , cream cheese & cheddar. Inside has an egg, turkey, avocado & heathy homemade mayo. This was ridiculously tasty. I hear it’s a new trending thing called #chaffle this won’t be last one of these I eat

Magnesium is a Calcium antagonist. Calcium is excitatory & Magnesium a relaxant. Magnesium is becoming the most prevalent deficiency & too many people have been ill-advised to supplement Calcium This can cause anxiety, agitation, muscle tightness & insomnia⬇️Calcium⬆️Mg Glycinate

Vitamin D is actually a hormone ( Cholecalciferol ) not a vitamin and it fights disease, reduces depression, builds bones and aides weight-loss. You should take around 5000 iu's per day of a good Pharmaceutical Grade especially in winter if you are prone to bone loss

The average person now consumes 19 teaspoons of sugar daily. Your 5 Liters of blood only carry 1 teaspoon of Glucose in it at all times when things are right. What do you think happens to those 18 teaspoons of sugar? Metabolic chaos happens

Most overweight or obese people don't get there by too many calories eaten & not enough exercise. They have damaged Insulin sensitivity & they are not good at fatty acid oxidation. They have to get their Leptin & Ghrelin balanced They have to get more Free T3 into mitochondria

The simple fact is: organ meats are the most nutritious part of the animal, and our hunter-gatherer ancestors knew it. Our grandparents knew it. It’s only within the last 50 years or so that consuming organ meats became taboo in the West, largely for aesthetic reasons. #LCHPMF

1/3 Triglycerides are predominantly the carbs you ate that your body didn't get to use as energy because either you're eating carbs too frequently or you are eating carbs in the presence of fat. HDL is a lipoprotein, often referred to as “good” cholesterol This is because it

There is no meat substitute. There is no plant based meat. There is, for some ridiculous reason, a movement to take plants and toxic oils and make it look like meat. The only people eating this garbage are tremendously conflicted. That in itself is a health problem.

For 20 years I guided people to eat grains, focus on lean protein & lots of plant food. I SO apologize. The evidence of the Ketogenic diet is so sound in its neuro-protective capabilities, anti-inflammatory effects, ability to reverse T2DM, it’s clearly the way to eat #keto #lchf

For the last million years or so your DNA has survived more pathogens than could be counted. You’re one of the almost 8 billion people who’s lineage has survived far more than this cold virus. You are built strong & highly adaptable. You must do your part tho. Eat well/get strong

Everyone PLEASE believe me when I tell you there is a very strong, well financed and organized movement that is making a push to ban animal products from our food supply. It is imperative that we come together ! Use this hashtag as much as you can to everyone you know #yes2meat

Few people were fat in the 60's, 70's & even 80's. Did they eat less & exercise more? Maybe. But the increase in simple processed carbs, the switch from cane sugar to corn syrup & removal of real animal fat to industrial seed oil, the emphasis on grain & then GMO grain ? #LCHPMF
