@gmcuk If local trusts are to be "trusted" to deploy PAs then why can we not then allow GP practices to employ SHOs under supervision of a GP? They've already worked minimum 4 months in primary care and at the end of F2 will have 5 years more experience/training than a PA. And can Px.

Anything beyond is infeasible There just aren't enough GPs & each day we are seeing more burnt out and reaching tethers end.

@tomhcalver Perhaps when the government stops using RPI to calculate the extortionate student loans, rail fares rises, mortgage interest payments, car tax etc.. then CPI might be a better measure... but not until then.
