@DrEoinOCleirigh Which rights don’t gig economy workers get? They get pro-rata holiday pay unless they’re self employed. They get sick pay if they earn more than £123 per week, off sick more than 4 days, over the preceding 3 months continuous employment. They only need 8 weeks prior earnings.
