@moribunddr I left a level 1 ED as a senior sister and it cuts both ways. I wouldn't stand it from nursing staff not drs on rotation. It's our permanent place and that needs to be respected, you are visiting and will move in. HOWEVER whilst you are with us it's a bout the team - not 1/2
