@aggarwal_raavi @Nidhi Also @aggarwal_raavi we can't ignore the fact that for some women the first day is really difficult with cramps and bleeding. Also running a heavy workday can really add to the stress. We can start with one day or WFH but it is time we acknowledge what women go through.
