I still am waiting more than 2 years for COPA to interview the officer who pulled me over, forcibly searched me and detained me, for flipping him off for parking in the bike lane while getting a snack. The officer has yet to come in for an interview.

Another day another officer parked illegally. When asked why he was parked he said he thought he could "park anywhere he wanted to" and told me to contact the alderman if I had a problem with that. @SigchoFor25

I filled out a @ChicagoCOPA report over a year ago, after a Chicago Police Officer, pulled me over for flipping him off as he was sitting in the bike lane , detained me, searched me, and held me, threatening me with a felony. He has never shown up to COPA so the case is stuck.
