@nextlevelbb Can development be achieved without constantly berating, cussing and embarrassing players? If a coach has to rely on these methods the coach may be masking the fact that he/she is a poor communicator. Show players communication while being emotionally in control.

@xanbarksdale I think the level of baseball is really important to know. If you are playing a level where pitches are able to spot pitches average blocking and above average throwing would be ideal. At younger levels of baseball teams lose because runners can advance on anything in the dirt.
