CATCHERS- If your P is consistently up in the zone instead of repeatedly calling for a FB and expecting a different result have your P throw a BB to force them to get on top or the top 3/4 of the baseball. You will be surprised the adjustment your pitcher makes w this change👊

⚾️CATCHER SHORT HOPS(Receiving) - BASIC YET EFFECTIVE DRILL FOR RYTHM AND TIMING -I load my hand to underhand it to them - They load their mitt(Negative move) slow and controlled to the ground as I load -Mitt making positive move back to K Zone before ball impacts pocket.
