How much are you paying for your Phase 1’s nowadays? Just got a quote for $2,250…for 49 acres. Last one was $1,750 for 15 acres. Pretty fair imo. 👌

@Molson_Hart Have you ever been to 12k feet Molson? You’re not wrong by being concerned about obese folks in general but even those in the best shape at sea level can have their asses kicked above 9-10k ft. (I lived & played well above 8k ft for 15 years, have seen it all)

@maxfisherRE Pricing now vs what it was a year ago on pre-fab steel warehouse buildings is technically down, at least from the pricing I got initially to what I got a few days go. Overall contractors seem more eager to compete on price now vs a year ago
