5,000 Pool Removals later, and people still haven’t caught on to the most under rated service in the blue collar industry. Clients pay you for the work, other companies pay you to take the dirt from their jobs for backfill. Win on both ends.

4 pool removals a week has been our average since 2022. I always chuckle to myself when people say this isn’t a thing. Drought + high remodel costs + older generation with no kids at home … it’s a thing.

The tightening on CA homeowners insurance has caused a HUGE influx of clients who are being required by their insurance to either remove their swimming pool or remodel it. They are faced with a $50k remodel, or a $20k demo. It’s been great for us, unfortunate for them 🤷🏽‍♂️

Water ruins everything, eventually. Water accumulation compromises compaction and causes settlement, deteriorates hardscape, discolors masonry work and even pops swimming pools out of the ground. High water tables, leaks, standing water … doesn’t matter how, but enough of it

Most unknown business in CA … dirt brokers. Selling 4 trucks a day is a $300k PY business. ALL PROFIT. Homeowners will pay $100-150 per truck to receive truck of dirt, while companies will pay $200-250 to get rid of the dirt. You never see the dirt or do anything for it 🥴
