Cow fell into one of the pits dug up in Mugalivakkam main road 😠😠😡 after one hour of efforts by passerby she was rescued safely.. Kunrathur, porur, Mugalivakkam, madhanandhapuram, everything is dug up each and every lane is dug up rest of it are merely mud roads no roads !

@chennaipolice_ I filed two mental harassment cases against two anna university professors when I was doing PhD there and none of my complaints was even filed as CSR sir. So it would be better if u conduct awareness to us as to what kind of complaints qualify for CSR and FIR sir
