A huge private hospital near #Mogappair was using their OSR land as a car / bike parking lot for decades. @chennaicorp last year recovered the land and have now converted into a park for public use. 👇🏽 A very commendable job.

Anna Main Road in KK Nagar used to be a stock template for inundation every time it rained. It had a saucer like terrain making water flow nearly impossible. Drains were built here in 2022 taking more of road space but it has worked so well. These were taken at 2:30 am tonight
