WE JUST HIT OUR 100TH INSTALL! 💥
This is a HUGE milestone for our team who's been firing on all cylinders trying to get our machines out the factory door. And WOW does it feel good to look at that map. Just wait, soon it will be completely covered in pins.
We took a process that required multiple pieces of equipment and up to 2 hrs of time and made it doable in 5 min with 1 machine 👀

1️⃣ Power tests: see where you're at post-season
2️⃣ Potentiation + readiness: warm up effectively to hit bombs
3️⃣ Power training: use Proteus on it's own or as a complement to rebuild power lost during season

Med balls are good for training rotational power, BUT they only load in the down direction due to gravity. This has drawbacks for ⚾️ athletes who mainly move in the transverse plane. They need resistance in the direction of their sport to properly train it...Proteus does this.
Real talk:

When you think of rotational sports - ⚾,🏒,⛳ ,🎾 - you might not know a professional lumberjacks rotational ax swing reaches a top speed of 81mph. Honing the most optimal sequencing, a Proteus can help build the prerequisite arm strength to help manage and handle that load.
