SAD UPDATE: Unfortunately the Child did not make it after being shot in the 2300 bl. Of Hartford Street S.E and taken to 24th & Irving Street S.E to the fire station. The ambulance drove the child to Eagles Hangar where the child was flown and pronounced at Children's Hospital.
