Where sapling plantation is planned in each road's???No place for sapling plantation.
Poor planning ,NPKL will be the first layout with 50% less trees in BDA HISTORY. The area to plant trees almost single digit and drastically reduced in NPKL streets.
NPKL infra completion deadline revision request from BDA continued,RERA & Petition Committee revised deadlines & are as follows:2018,2021,2022,2023 & now 2024 Decmbr.
Engineering team has multiple issues causing lack of infra in 2694 acrs & delay passed on to court litigations?!

There is no alternate plan for the deletion of Rotary 5,which was intended to serve Blocks 5,6 & to change lanes from service to main carriage and vice versa.Blocks 4,5,6 and 7 residents must use rotary 4,which become problematic rotary in a few years

Poor planning on all fronts,violations of town plan regulations on 10% Park CA,Several violations made by engineering team resulted in a layout tht will be hotter than the other areas in bengaluru because there is no wider parks or lung space,streets without plants
Our observations indicate that neither the engineering team nor the Layout(KMC,RCC) UGD,Water Supply(L&T,SPML-AMRUTH) contractor are committed to completing the project.Up until this point,no contractor has added additional machineries,labour's which has slowed down work progress

A tender was earlier awarded for the asphalting of 100,80,60-ft roads,which are only 1 or 2 counts and for a few kilometres across 9 blocks of layout,but work is crawling from very long & there is no sign of full swing work completion.
Challaghatta station taking shape in the phase 2 extension of Namma metro. Hope to see the Kengeri to Challaghatta extension ready for operation by next year following the Nayandanahalli to Kengeri section launch later this year.

Why are we charged ₹30k for water & drainage household connections AGAIN? We demand withdrawal!We deserve complete infra, not extra fees.
7 years since the water gushing issue in Block 1 L,Block 2 A, B, and H sectors was notified to the BDA,3 years still no decision on seepage arrest work on Kanahalli bund.
The site owner even doesn't have confidence that a solution will be implemented and they can build a house.
