This man gets his feelings hurt so quick. Also doubt he has ever practiced actual real estate sales. The point I was making is that homes did not vanish from the face of the earth when covid hit. The supply still exists and likely will return with higher for longer rates.

This right here is an example of someone who has never forecasted housing in his life who had no idea what the inventory data looked like post 2010. Black line trend data! 2020 existing home sales broke out before Covid he didn’t even know that happened 🫡

Lender asks for document A. Ok, so you innocently send a folder with document A + B. But now the lender has questions about document B! This process can potentially repeat itself endlessly. Moral of this short story is - if the lender asks for doc A ...Only send doc A!
