Vaniteux after finishing 2nd at Auteuil. He may not be the horse he was but the fire still burns deep and he passed 5 horses after the last. His second prize of €10k took his earnings to €44k in 7 starts. The second at Newton Abbot run at the same time won £954 🇫🇷 #vivelafrance

At a time when prize money levels are beyond crisis point, the timing of the new racing league is crass beyond belief. Restricting owners, trainers and jockeys from competing for £50k is a demonstration of an industry that has no equal when it comes to shooting itself in the foot

We’re so proud of this guy, John Locke, danced every dance here and at Cagnes and on his 6th start since 19/12 wins €38k handicap handicap hurdle ⁦ @Hippodrome_Pau ⁩. Been a bitter disappointment up until now but no more! Well done fat boy🏆🇫🇷great ride by Corentin Smeulders

An emotional day as we said goodbye to our wonderful old stalwart Yasir owned by ⁦ @DebMike18 ⁩ who at 13 is bowing out after 15 wins and 100+ starts. It has been our absolute privilege to train him, he’s gone to a great home with Sophie Killoran who won 4 races on him ❤️

Very proud to say that @leech_roisin passed her amateur course test at the racing school today so we now have an amateur jockey in the family! Her brother @EdLeech2 will be taking all bookings 🤣 #welldonerois 😘

What do you think @JamesFGun ? Might be worth considering...if we had a winner there we might even get a mention in the RP. Imagine if we could win 4 Quintès, a listed race and €475k with 60 runners we could even get a paragraph🤔

We break new ground tomorrow by having the first U.K jumps runners in France with Enfant Roi (yawning!)and Garo De Juilley post December 31st at Pau. Extremely expensive and time consuming venture post brexit, impossible without logistical genius of ⁦ @equine_global ⁩ 🇫🇷

11yo Two Taffs after finishing 4th in the Groupe 3 Montgomery Chase at Auteuil. He rounds off a pleasing week of 6 runners in France started by 13yo Henryville last Sunday. They won just over €48k between them. A logistical challenge but well worth the effort bravo l’équipe 🇫🇷

Rasango wins easily at Compiègne with a first prize of over €12k including premiums. Huge congratulations to the team at home for bringing him back from life threatening injury. He now stays in France and will be much missed by all at Tudor Racing stables. Grâce à vous mon pote

Going to France nowhere near as straightforward post brexit. Health certificates, Coggins tests, customs papers, carnets etc needed for racing at Pau this week with ⁦ @JamesFGun ⁩’s Henryville and Garo De Juilley. Time consuming and expensive but they do race for €132k 🏆🇫🇷

After his heroic 2nd in the French Grand National, ⁦ @JamesFGun ⁩’s Enfant Roi can barely keep his eyes open and having some down time back home in Gloucestershire! The main aim will be the Aintree National in 2022, first French jockey ever to win ⁦ @lestradebertra1 ⁩?!

Whilst everyone else is looking forward to the terrific racing on Boxing Day, we break new ground with Garo De Juilley running in the Comte De Nice Listed Chase at 1.15pm at Cagnes Sur Mer on Christmas Day, the step up in trip will suit and we’re hopeful of a bold show 🎄🎄🇫🇷🏆
