I went to the temple for the first time yesterday and did baptisms for the dead. I loved every moment of it and I can't wait to go back and do it again. I'm not a 12 year old child, but none of the youth that came with the ward group were traumatized. 🤣 It was an honor.

I'm so grateful for my ward. My (non member) husband went to a men's activity tonight & had such a great time. He also came to church last Sun. because he was invited for an EQ meal. I struggle to imagine him ever finding faith, but at least for now he feels incredibly welcomed.

A man from my ward stopped by tonight and told my husband he's speaking in church on Sunday and asked if he would come. My husband said yes with a smile. When he left, my husband said "he asked me to come, I'm not going to say no!" Take this for whatever it's worth to you. ❤️

My (non member) husband is amazing. I always say a prayer before dinner at night. He won't let the kids start eating until I do because he supports me. Tonight I was gone for dinner, & he had my daughter say the prayer before they ate. He supported me even when I wasn't there. ❤️

I used to be extremely psychologically abusive to my husband (long before coming to Christ). I made our lives & our home a toxic & miserable place. We eventually (emotionally) separated for 3 years. Then Christ saved me from myself and delivered me from my spiritual infection.

WOW. Went to my first Stake Conference tonight (the adult session). That was so needed. Can't wait for the general session tomorrow with my daughter. My boys are staying home though. 1 hour sacrament meetings are still hard for them, we need to work them up to 2 hour meetings. 🤣

I would love prayers for my daughter from anyone that is willing to offer them. I've been teaching her about baptism and she's very apprehensive. I don't want to push her into it because I want her to understand what it means and choose it for herself. (1/2)

@TruthHolder2023 I will! The missionaries and I have been talking to my 2 oldest about baptism, and we were blessed enough to get to go watch one last night. My son decided he's ready. So double win for him! My daughter is still apprehensive so prayers for her would be greatly appreciated!!

So back during the whole "are cross necklaces ok or not" drama someone shared a pic of an empty tomb necklace & I actually thought it was really cool! So I tracked it down on Etsy & bought one for an Easter gift for myself (basically my 1 yr anniversary since coming to Christ!)

Today was absolutely amazing. 2 of my children were baptized and it was so beautiful. I'm beyond blessed to be in the ward I'm in. They showered us with love and made my kids feel so supported and celebrated. I don't know how I got so lucky. I love my ward. I love this church.

TODAY'S THE DAY! 2 of my children are getting baptized today. 🙏 Please pray for them, that they'll feel the spirit with them all day and especially during their baptism and confirmation, that today will be so special and so memorable for them.

@KTMartin25 Very sad. It's interesting how so many people leave and then somehow forget our doctrine and claim we think they're going to hell. That's not how it works. We don't believe in hell the same way most Christianity does. It just makes them look ridiculous and so very dramatic.

I recently bought my daughter (11) a book light because she likes reading a few chapters before going to sleep. Last night at about 11pm I heard noises coming from her room so I went to check. Both my boys (7&9) were huddled around her with their books sharing her light.
