I made the mistake of flushing the toilet for my 3.5 year old son. The only way to make the world whole again was for me to immediately pee so he could take what was rightfully his and flush the toilet instead of me as recompense. Being a parent is wild.

Great article from @UCSFUrology on men with GG1 PC which are upgraded to GG2 on AS and continue on AS. Significant portion of men remain free of tx. Low volume GG2 was once a trigger for tx but is now considered appropriate for AS if on the diagnostic or surveillance biopsy

Lots of data showing AS is safe, hard to improve on perfection. Enza arm: approx 50% fatigue, 30% gynacomastia, 20% ED, 10% decreased libido. That not the QoL I aim for on AS IMHO
