@stephenctimms I would be happy to share the letters I received from Capita who demanded to see my bank statements when I applied for Discretionary Housing Benefit. They demanded justification for me buying new bedding & pet food!!!!

@OliLondonTV Biological males usually have extra height (giving a better view of the table), longer arm length/reach, bigger stronger hands, stronger ligaments & faster firing, stronger arm, shoulder & back muscles ie a physical advantage over biological females in this sport as most others.

A huge thanks to the 79 awesome people who took the time to enter their details on this link, so an email was sent to their MP about the immoral DWP scheme I'm fighting at court called Third Party Deductions. It could make all the difference, thanks x

If anyone would like to see the kind of thing the DWP & Severn Trent come out with when trying to justify (in my opinion) screwing over 250,000 people a year - You can watch them appealing against my High Court win next week 25th & 26th 10am-4pm live.

DWP justifies deductions saying claimants need protecting from themselves: it strikes a fair balance between protecting people from serious consequences of not dealing with uncontested debts for essential services & making sure outstanding bills are paid.

I just won at court, again. I've uncovered a legal scandal that could be massive where on behalf of a vet giant, a debt collector has been conducting litigation - which is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE. The Judge threw out the vet giant's claim & the police will be investigating......

R (Timson) v SSWP - benefit deductions policy unlawful. Before taking energy or water deductions from benefits like ESA, the DWP should contact claimants to see what they have to say and establish whether it would be in their interests:

@BenClaimant I won this in Sep 22. They stopped DPs in Oct 22. I suggested in my press release & letters in Sep 22 for the DWP to make it by consent, so it's a win/win. They lodged an appeal scheduled for Court 25 & 26 Apr. But...They have now made it by consent.

A local feral pigeon had twine wrapped around both feet so it couldn't walk & one foot was swollen with a black toe. Just managed to catch it, cut the twine off & have it in a carrier to go to the animal hospital in the morning. Hope it survives. It seemed to be asking for help.
