If that happens we can confidently say that we will have had the worst public health advice in the world and the most incompetent pandemic management. To have the first fourth wave in the world combined with the longest lockdown means Ireland will have failed very badly
NEW: Nphet will warn tomorrow that here is a “considerable” risk of a fourth wave of Covid-19 infections if restrictions are eased too quickly.
This fourth wave can be mitigated if social contacts remain “largely” unchanged over the coming six weeks.
