My grandpa used to have this sign in his hunting cabin. My cousins and 12 year old me thought it was the funniest thing ever. My mom absolutely hated that sign haha. Thanks for reminding me of that.

Depends on the burger, mayo goes great with burgers that have lettuce, onion, pickle, and tomato.
My favorite use of mayo is making "spicy mayo". Just mix it with sriracha and it's great on burgers, in sushi bowls, condiment for chicken, etc.

I've noticed a boost in my productivity/happiness at work by walking outside for 45 min during my lunch break. Even though it's in a small town & not in nature, it's still nice to get fresh air and be among some trees, hear birds chirping, etc.

I've been using greek yogurt with a mixture of hot sauce & sriracha as buffalo chicken dip!
So freaking good and loaded with protein.
Used it in a spinach buffalo chicken dip today for lunch actually!

Southern Utah is so beautiful! My wife and I started at Vegas & then went to Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Canyonland & Arches National Parks. All of the parks were amazing, hiking in the snow at Bryce Canyon might have been my favorite though.

Our odds of a kid liking a new dish go up about 50% if they're involved with making it.
Crazy, but it is as simple as measuring ingredients, cutting up veggies (kid safe knives), helping stir, etc.
You're creating memories and instilling good nutrition habits as a bonus!

Heck no! At some point it's just not worth the value provided, no matter how prestigious the course is. I have a few diamond in the rough courses around me for $60-$90 that I would much rather play 10-15 times versus one round at Pebble, TPC Sawgrass, etc.

Greens at Deerfield in Lafollette, TN (just off Norris Lake).
Hole 16 is a par 4 with a drop of 300+ feet from Tee to fairway! It's the most fun I've ever had hitting a drive, the ball is in the air for what seems like 30 seconds.

Raw, local honey is a superfood, it cured my lifelong hay fever allergy! Also take 1/2 - 1 tbsp of honey as a pre-workout for lifting first thing in the morning.
Any brand recommendations for bee pollen? I always wanted to try it but have never pulled the trigger.

🔥 🔥 My plan as well. Work out before family is up, than after work try to do some sort of physical exercise with kids. Sometimes races around the house/park, obstacle courses, piggyback rides, push-ups while on my back, etc. Kids need their father to show importance of exercise

Mixing the strawberry Levels with greek yogurt and blueberries and/or apples might be my favorite snack ever. So freaking good!

Greek yogurt, strawberry whey protein, blueberries, & apples is a great snack that's filling and high on protein!
Tastes delicious, I could eat some version of this every day by mixing up different fruits (or no fruit) and/or adding a little cinnamon, honey, maple syrup, etc.

All it takes is eliminating the one Netflix episode before bed and waking up that much earlier in the morning to workout!
That's how I started my fitness journey, eliminated Netflix before bed and started with four 20 minute workouts per week.

I would love to see this recipe! My go to is something similar to a reeses bar with peanut butter, honey, a little vanilla extract, and dark chocolate. The homemade Reese cup looks legit, that with your homemade ice cream would be unbelievable 😋

Yes and no. Alone, it should only be hot sauce or salsa. I do mix homemade hash browns together with eggs and combine ketchup and sriracha though and it tastes amazing!

You'll be amazed how little calories you can eat and feel full with eggs, meats, veggies, fruits, & potatoes.
Try to eat 600 calories of lean chicken and zucchini or broccoli with an apple, banana, or orange. Do this 2-3x per day and you'll be in deficit and lbs will fly off!

You are right, your kids should be vaccinated in 40+ years when they actually may be at risk from COVID-19. Right now it is absolutely insane and cynical any healthy kid is being vaccinated when their chances of adverse side effects from the vaccine are higher then COVID effects.

Daughter had severe eczema as a toddler, dermatologist kept prescribing steroids for flare ups. This went off & on for a year, but we never were able to get an answer on what was causing the flareups.

Yep, amazing how many people just shove a phone in their kids face at grocery stores, malls, etc. Interacting with the kids makes the mundane tasks entertaining. I always play games with them, ask them if we should buy this or that, name the fruits and vegetables, etc.

I know that feeling of carrying the bike due to a meltdown or the kid being too tired! I always looked at it as a forearm workout haha
I also enjoy throwing the kids on my shoulders and carrying them for the last portion of the walk. It's like rucking and the kids love it!
