@RichmondCycling @lucullus Some further context. This car was u-turning. Campbell Road is a no access road ⛔️ & after briefly stopping, the driver went back in the direction he’d come from. Without exchanging details. Despite damage to his car - a dent near the fuel flap - and obvious injury to the rider.

You obviously can’t be there all the time so why can’t the van ban be made properly enforceable with cameras on the gates? It would save you the hassle too. Great to see @MPSRoyal_Parks out in Bushy Park @bushyparkrun dealing with entitled motorists. Tragic that runners have to drive to @parkrunUK in mid summer and blight @theroyalparks . Even worse that they then park so arrogantly…
