@AduduTrish Some odd nerdy slightly autistic dyslexic children become councillors. We spend vast amount of time fighting for our residents, reading all the reports from officers & really try to understand problems. Sadly some in power are not kind to us.

Interesting point ⬇️ In 2021, Ofsted and the CQC conducted a joint SEND inspection at @Warwickshire_CC . Amongst other significant weaknesses it found "fractured relationships with parents and carers". Repairing relationships was a key part of WCC's written statement of action.
