Then 2-of-2 seems risky as in this example has only 1 seed A steel backup, so if you get robbed you only have 2 seed B steel backups left. Not that bad but not sure if the slight UX gain is really worth it.

You should try Defiant wallet as a comparable for UX. Typical seed phrase backup. 17 hours for BTC to rBTC then you are in EVM and can swap to stables.
