Just dominated my first creami. Oreo recipe. 89g protein, 680cal, 65g carbs. Texture was incredible. Very impressed. I messed up by using vanilla bean yogurt. Gave it a custardy lemon flavor. Ghost oreo protein drowned it out, but still noticeable. Next time, I’ll use

12oz steaks - Sirloin = 98g protein, 25g fat, 619 calories - NY Strip = 60g protein, 54g fat, 750 calories - Ribeye = 57g protein, 91g fat, 911 calories. Ribeye is easily the best cut of steak, no doubt, but it might not be the best if you're goal is cutting fat.

@SolBrah I did this when I was 20 because the multi razor blades were giving me acne and razor rash. After switching to single blade, nothing. And they’re WAY cheaper. Overall much better shaving option
