On Feb 12 2021 $MSTR had ~91k #Bitcoin , 11 mil shares outstanding, and traded at $1,034/share at a BTC price of $47,000. Today $MSTR has ~210k #Bitcoin 17m shares outstanding, and trades at $1782/share with BTC at $68,000. The premium to NAV today is lower, not higher. 🤯
